Temperature Design

I discovered Temperature Design through the Find it Duke program. Every person I interacted with was patient, kind, and responsive. I never felt pressured, looked down upon (being a woman obvs this happens a lot in these situations) or pushed to a certain item, tier, or product. From inquiry to install was about 2 weeks total and that is only because I needed to mull things over. Also, pricing and financing rates were the best of all quotes I got. Highly recommend!

Lee and his team were great to work with. They were able to get a new unit installed quickly after our furnace went out and it’s been running great. They were never pushy and walked me through multiple options to help me decide which unit would work the best for our household. We have already noticed a decrease in our gas bill. We had our heating and air unit replaced and were extremely impressed with the entire process. The team showed up promptly, explained everything clearly, and completed the installation much faster than we expected. Lee was very professional, respectful, and made sure we understood how to use our new system. Excellent service from start to finish we highly recommend them to anyone needing HVAC work.

I am getting a mini-split system installed and everyone at Temperature Design has been extremely helpful and informative throughout the entire process. They even diagnosed a completely unrelated issue for me while measuring my building for the appropriate size unit!
