We absolutely LOVE this TLE location! Ms. Christina and Ms. Pam (the administrators) are the best. Since moving to Charlotte, we have looked into a lot of schools for our child and the moment we walked inside, it felt right. The teachers are literally the best and truly love their jobs and kids in their classroom. There are other TLE locations that are closer to our home, but this school is worth the drive for us and I HATE driving lol.
You won’t regret coming here!!! They are amazing!!

There are three teachers that we’ve had the most direct experiences with and they are all FANTASTIC! Raquel and Harika in the small toddler room are two of the most caring and patient humans I’ve ever met. They always made sure that my daughter was not just safe (a given) but also HAPPY and having fun! They always have a smile and kind words for her even now that she has moved out of their class. She learned so much with them and I can’t say enough good things about the amazing work they do with some of the most strong-willed little humans. The third person I have to shout out is Jaylisha in the big toddler room. My daughter recently transitioned up into that room after her birthday and I was worried what the change would be like for her, but Jaylisha made sure to support her through the change every single morning. Jaylisha is kind, patient, gentle, and you can see every day how much she cares about all the kids!
So to Raquel, Harika, and Jaylisha - THANK YOU! It wouldn’t be possible to leave a piece of my heart each day if I wasn’t leaving her with amazing teachers like you!!

We were at TLE Huntersville for over 5 years and could not speak more highly of the directors there. Christina and Pam became family to my children. We always knew they were in the best hands. We were also there during COVID and their professionalism, care and concern was consistent while the rest of the world was scrambling. Our family loves TLE!

We have loved our time at TLE Huntersville! Our children went there for a little over 2 years and we have nothing but great things to say about the school and the staff. The directors are phenomenal at what they do and we thank them so much! Definitely recommend this center!

We were at the learning experience for the summer. Here’s the honest truth: we were looking for a daycare while our fabulous daycare for my 2 year old moved this summer and before my 4 year old started junior kindergarten. At first glance, this place looks nice and it’s so nice to have a break from packing lunches and snacks. In all fairness, my kids are physically okay after leaving this place. Everything else is kind of strange. I bought a big box of diapers and wipes that I thought might last us half the summer… they only only asked for more diapers 1-2 times between the end of May and beginning of August and we’re still working on that case of diapers. He always came home in his diapers so I’m confused because they claim he was being changed often?? He did come home poopy a few times and very saturated as well. Another issue was my kids were generally unhappy there. My two year old cried every day up until the last week and my older son was jumping for joy at the end of the summer knowing he could start going somewhere else. This is probably because the teacher my older son had really didn’t come off as caring much about the kids. My older son also developed several bad habits socially/ behaviorally and after being gone about a week, we’re already noticing improvements in his behavior and both of my boys’ general happiness. Finally, they lost our things on three different occasions and I think this is because they’re understaffed and are constantly moving kids around to different rooms (I did question whether they were really maintaining state mandated ratios). The last time they lost things, it was most of my younger son’s things. When I confronted them about this happening multiple times and that this was inexcusable, one of the admins lied and told me this doesn’t happen to anyone else- obviously it does because one time, they sent all of someone else’s stuff home with my mom in addition to my son’s things. My poor mom didn’t know any better. Jesus take the wheel with this place. I hope some changes are made soon for the wellbeing of everyone there!
