Called today to get assistance. Jessica did not listen correctly and proceeded to slander my boyfriend and told me he was lying. She had incorrect knowledge and wasn’t professional at all. Told me to “Google” to find out information. Obviously, they don’t need customers. I’ll never call them again or refer them to anyone. Too big for their own good.
