The Performance Doc

Highly recommend The Performance Doc! My daughter set a goal to be ready to play in her upcoming basketball season after her ACL surgery. Leon customized a treatment plan for her and provided one on one attention to ensure she performed each exercise correctly. With Leon's encouragement to work hard, she reached her goal! He's incredibly knowledgeable and truly cares about his clients. The staff communication is also top notch. We’re so grateful for the exceptional care given to our daughter!

Great experience with The Performance Doc. Dr Leon was awesome to work with. He is very knowledgeable, patient, and genuinly committed to helping you improve and get healthy again. He explains everything clearly and makes the process easy to follow. The rest of the team is great and welcoming. Highly recommend!

I used to be a client with Leon. I would strongly discourage anyone reading this against being his client. He got very offended when I (as an attorney that deals with contract interpretation every day) insisted that one part of the contract he requires patients to sign annually had an unreasonable clause that harmed patients. Instead of handling this issue professionally, Leon got heated, told me I was wrong and didn’t know what I was talking about (despite his lack of legal background) and also started lecturing me in an extremely condescending way. As a woman, I felt extremely uncomfortable with his tone and suspected he was insecure that a professional women was correcting him, and in response he lashed out. In short, I would avoid working with Leon. He’s great until he feels insecure then talks down to his patients and doesn’t take critique well.

I can’t say enough about Performance Doc as a physical therapy practice. Carson (& Leon and Carrie) were professional while being friendly. Carson was careful with my care, listened well, pushed me way beyond what I would have done myself; but it was all done within what he knew I could or could not do with regards to my injury. Great experience. Highly recommend them.

The team at The Performance Doc are knowledgeable, professional and worked with me as a coach and therapist to help me recover from my injury. Dr. Leon shared exercises that I can do on my own to help keep me pain free and active. I hope that I will not need PT in the future but if I do, I will return to The Performance Doc.
