This was one of the best choices we made for our wedding day! From the beginning the venue team was flexible, informational, and always went the extra mile. The space is exquisite and every one of our guests raved about the design and seamless set up. The day of team worked hard with our wedding planner to make our vision come to life. Overall we had an amazing experience and I would highly recommend the Venues at Langtree to any couple looking to get married in the Mooresville area.

Being different from almost every bride, I never dreamt of a wedding. I didn’t have a plan or must haves growing up. I wasn’t in a rush to plan a wedding after getting engaged, our love is strong and we both have very busy careers. When one of my bridesmaids scheduled a surprise trip to find a wedding dress I got a little excited. It was the first thing I did before any even conversation of planning the event. Then I found out a dear friend Chris Boukedes had a wedding venue. If you’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting him you’ll see shorts and a T-shirt. The most happy go lucky person with an attention to detail in his extensive business portfolio like I’ve never seen. I was set up to meet with Lisa to tour the venue. As very simple people we didn’t care for anything lavish but we wanted classy and put together. I told Lisa, I want good food and people I love around me. From the road the venue stops you in your tracks, absolutely stunning. The house had everything covered, restored to its original feeling glory the moment I stepped in to just the first building I knew I loved it. Rooms for everything you need getting ready with multiple vanities, no one was crunched together. We proceeded to the other buildings on the venue to find with no surprise everything was designed with so much thought. We knew without a doubt this is where we wanted our family to whiteness our love come together. Lisa and Liz handling catering worked so closely together quickly handling any question that came up. With my busy schedule I hired an event planner so the day of I wouldn’t have to answer any questions. The ladies welcomed Valerie with open arms and became a team helping me put together the most beautiful day of my life. While I may have had a plan of simplicity in an event I know they could handle even the most extravagant event. You can choose an indoor or outdoor ceremony, we had set on outdoor. When the rehearsal came we noticed at the time of year and ceremony start time the sun would be in my eye. Without a blink the day before our wedding the ladies made a seamless to me transition into the barn. We were greeted bright and early with a smiling face Lisa was ready to go for our big day. I wasn’t asked a single question of logistics and was able to focus on me and my emotional roller coaster of everyone coming together in the most beautiful way. I was checked on and made sure everything was going the way I wanted and we had everything necessary. Something as simple as having a drink and hors d’oeuvres waiting after the ceremony while guests transitioned to cocktail hour. Maybe I went into this without must haves or a dream that couldn’t be adjusted…… however, if there was ever a dream in mind my day surpassed it. The reception was absolutely beautiful. Ladies, I GOT TO EAT! My food was plated and ready, please take time to eat on your special day. After all, that was one of my most important things going into this. We last minute added a Photo Booth which was quickly accommodated in the space and I’m beyond thankful we did. I can’t thank the staff enough for how well put together and organized everything was. A wise Chris said this may not be cheap, but I can promise I will give you the best value for what you decide. I could have held my day in my backyard and I still would have been surrounded by the people we love, still getting married to the man I adore. In stories you hear regrets I should have done this or should have done that, I spent money and it wasn’t well put together. I am here to tell you I got it all, quality, person ability, attention to deal, and not one regret or should have. The Venue’s at Langtree made a dream for me.

We have hosted our corporate Christmas party & VIP dinner celebration at The Venues at Langtree the past two years. Their team is beyond incredible and helps you bring the vision to life. They handled all catering, rentals, and initial set up. Throughout the process they provided ideas to improve the event in creative ways. Their staff is amazing, and so attentive. Highly recommend this team for your next event!

Our race team (Team Penske) has hosted many events at Langtree from VIP dinners in the Boulder room, to Christmas parties in the Pavilion. The staff is so great and easy to work with, always very accommodating to whatever we need, and the venue/grounds are beautiful. We sadly even hosted a memorial service in the Pavilion for a beloved teammate; the Langtree team made a very difficult time so much easier on us to organize a beautiful service. Thank you!
