I was founder and CEO a $400M corporation in upstate NY and you can imagine the universe of lawyers I encountered during the 40 years of operation before selling. I required some estate work to be done and suffice to say the Thomas and Webber operation with Page and Megan was one of the most professional and seamless encounters I have ever had when it comes to legal matters. We have used Thomas & Webber for many years now and have always been very pleased with the professionalism and timeliness of their closings. I just have to give a HUGE shout out to Tana Gerrity who was the paralegal handling this most recent closing. This was an extremely difficult closing with 3 heirs all receiving a different percentage of the proceeds. Tana also had to draft a new road maintenance agreement and shared well agreement to satisfy the lender. If that were not enough there was an issue with the original Deed that needed to be corrected in order to get this to the closing table. I feel very strongly that without her knowledge and expertise we would have never been able to close. She is absolutely amazing! Thank you so much for all of your hard work Tana. You clearly went way above and beyond on this transaction and also many others.
