Tina Nails & Spa

I’ve been a customer at Tina’s nail spa for more than 2 years and today was the first day I was charged for a long nail bed. My normal nail tech Sam is no longer there and she was amazing. Tracy has started doing my nails. Tracy does a good job with my nails but she is rude whenever I make a comment about my nails. She also rushes through the callus portion of the pedicure so I wouldn’t recommend that service from her. Tracy did not charge for long nails my last appointment when they were even longer. I discussed this with the owner Tina and she also said I was charged for having a long nail bed and I should’ve been charged previously. As I previously said, I’ve been there for over two years and have not been charged for a long nail bed and this was never brought to my attention. Today I made a comment about my nail being crooked and Tracy was upset. What I am charged for is at the discretion of the nail Tech and it isn’t okay that she can raise the bill because she is upset! I do recommend Tina’s nail Spa but I don’t recommend Tracy as your nail technician.

I came to this nail shop last night and don't get me wrong. It's a nice environment, a nice nail shop. But their prices is way too high. I have a regular set of medium nails. Yes, they are gel, and just my toes are done just a regular set with gel polish with 4 designs. 2 for my hands n 2 for my toes. I got charged an extra $10 in change for extra long nails. My nails are medium. I got charge $5.13 for each design, and it's literally just lines in the heart. So thats $20 or some change for designs. She told me off of the picture that I wanted. If I wanted a design on all my fingers that it would be an extra $45, which is crazy. No, thank you.I ended up paying a $168 way out of my budget. I MOST DEFINITELY WILL NOT BE BACK!

Really bad nail service. Spent $150 meanwhile they tried charging me extra to clean up the cuticles around my nail when that was always apart of a typical nail service and left the purple shampoo stained around my fingernails. Nails are unevenly filed and a lot chunkier and bulker than the photo I asked for. Also got a spa pedicure with hot stones meanwhile the whole entire time they were burning me with the stones being scorching hot and then the callus removal they put on my foot burning hot. Will not return especially for the amount I spent.

I’ve been coming here for years. I always have a great experience. Leanna did such an amazing job with my nails! She made sure that I was happy with my nails and if I needed her to fix anything before I left. They were perfect! Also she was patient with me and helped with choosing the color I was searching for. I will Definitely continue coming here ❤️.

What another amazing experience at Tina's Nail Salon. Today I received the deluxe pedi from Isra, she did not disappoint 👏 very attentive to detail and my comfort and satisfaction. Looking forward to my future services with her.
