These days it's hard to know a good provider from a not-so-good one. In the case of Today's Audio Visual, there is no doubt in my mind that they are worth your serious consideration. The employees are excellent in their field, and prices are standard for the field. I hardly ever write reviews, but I was more than willing to write this one as I truly think the world of Darren, his employees and their work. Not only are they knowledgeable about audio visual systems/components/installation but they are also very trustworthy. Darren (a veteran of the navy) does thorough background checks on those he employs. He's very aware that it often takes multiple hours, or even days, to fully install systems and as such his employees must be 100% trustworthy as well as polite and considerate. Today's AV has done work in both our current home as well as our first. In the case of the latter, I would come and go as needed, to shuttle my (then) young children around. There was never any doubt in my mind that the things in my home, as well as my family and I, were safe. Darren, Dylan and his other employees have always given us nothing but their best. My husband and I have lived in the Lake Norman area for more than 20yrs and I would rate this company among the top five we have used for house related work. I highly recommend them.

Darren and his team did a wonderful job for us! They were beyond professional when working on our project. Anytime an issue came up, they did not quit until it was resolved. And even now, months after our project has been completed, anytime I have a question or something isn’t working (mostly due to the fact that I am very technologically challenged), all it takes is a text and someone is here to help. We highly recommend Darren for any AV needs and are really happy that we chose his company to work in our house.

Darren and his whole team at Today's Audio and Video went above and beyond every expectation we had. Our company ceiling speakers were from the original build (over 20 years ago) and we were in desperate need of an upgrade. I inquired with numerous companies just to get a quote and nobody acknowledged us, except Today's Audio and Video. Darren was able to work with us and our budget to replace every speaker and he rolled with every change I had. They made the music sound better than we imagined it could and fixed quite a few other issues with our sound system. Not only were they professional, they were friendly - they're people people.
