Total Wine & More

I actually don’t drink wine, and only found myself in here to buy a celebratory bottle of wine for my wife, but Matt (Matthew?) saw how lost I was and came to the rescue with a seemingly limitless amount of knowledge, great questions and expertise, and overall made the experience so much better than what I thought I was in for. Thank you so much for such a great selection of products and attention to customer service and knowing your product! (P.S, my wife went in today and was also helped by Matt and gave glowing reviews as well, we appreciate you!)

Next time, please approach me with less microaggression. The clerk ask me if I had ID, to which I replied not on me but I have a picture on my phone. At that time, she could’ve just said it’s not accepted if she was unsure. That WASN’T an issue, it was right in the car. With that being said, there will absolutely be a “next time” for me love! I don’t even like or stop at this location. I actually prefer the Concord Mills location. The service is more friendly there. However 5 ⭐️ to the very nice young man who spoke with us in the aisle on different no alcoholic brands.

Very well stocked and easy to find what we needed. My wife is 30 years sober but still likes the taste of an occasional beer. It's fabulous that they carry a great selection of NA beers of all types. And they have NA spirits but we tried the bourbon and didn't care for it. Helpful staff, too!

They have a huge variety of all kinds of wines, champagnes liquor to fit your needs, as well as your budget. I was looking for a certain brand of Moscato, which this store no longer carries. They told me about 3 other Moscato selections that we are trying. They have an online discount program and offer alerts to other special discounts. We will definitely shop here whenever we are in the area!

If your a craft beer lover or wine enthusiast this is the place to be! Great beer selection, seasonal selection. You can creat your own 6 pack would love to see more and more selections of different breweries that you would see in bottle shops.. but it's getting gbetter..tons of different wines, cigars party favors..
