Troutman Park is such a gem for families! The splash pad may be small, but it’s safe and perfect for little ones to cool off. The playground keeps kids entertained for hours, and I love that the picnic areas are enclosed — it makes family time easier and more relaxed.
The park is never too crowded, and the restrooms are spacious enough for families, which is always a plus. They also host fun Party in the Park events with vendors and live music, adding a great community vibe.
Recently, the park added pickleball and basketball courts, which is really neat! It’s in a safe location right near the police department, and there are trails for walking or biking, plus a dog park section for furry friends.
Overall, it’s a clean, safe, and welcoming park that has something for everyone.

Very nice playground for the children. My grandchildren loved the splash pad. Has walking trails, pickleball courts, etc. I don't have dogs, but there are two fenced in areas for either small or big dogs. Highly recommend.

Quiet, wooded dog park with one side for big dogs and one for small. Hand pump for drinking water for dogs and poop bags. No grass just wood chips but still nice. We saw a deer just on the other side of fence. So pretty.
Public restrooms and small water play area for kids nearby and hiking trails.

This place was an absolute joy to bring my family. There are baseball, soccer, Volleyball, swings, playgrounds, splash pad (wasn’t open when we went), dog parks and a trail to use. Park is very well maintained and honestly there was something there for the whole family.

Went to Party in tje Park and it was a blast. Lots of great food and music. Girls Scouts were there too. The girls were showcasing their Silver Award project on cyber bullying an options for parents to keep an eye on their kids online.
