Everything went well. The sales person (April ) was great and took care of me in every aspect. . The building itself is high quality from top to bottom. Definitely worth it to get the upgraded floor and loft. I recommend these manufacturers for utility buildings. They provide touch up paint for the building which is great. Ground prep: It’s best to have a perfectly flat level space to place the building on but that’s rarely the case in most yards. The delivery went pretty well. They almost lost the house when placing it on the foundation. A couple of the concrete blocks tilted but were straightened up as he shifted the building back into place. I think the placement of the blocks could have been better but all in all it was a good experience.l I think the ramp manufacturer should have a strip for the unfinished side of the ramp so that it looks the same on both sides. I’d definitely do it again if I had it to do again.

We purchased our TruPoint backyard building about a year ago when we moved into our new home. The construction is of excellent quality and detail. We have gotten several compliments from neighbors on it's design and features. I was referred by a former neighbor and myself have referred a current neighbor. I rarely do that, unless I am absolutely certain of the product's consistent quality standards. April Rusco was a pleasure to work with. She used a computer design feature that displayed our building choice with each of the available options before deciding which ones to select based on your needs. No pressure, no gimmicks, everything straightfoward and honest with competitive pricing. I highly recommend TruPoint buildings!

Smooth sales process with no pressure. Builders we GREAT. Completed my 14x24 bldg with tall 10/12 roof in a matter of hours and everything was done incredibly well. Not only that, the builders followed up that evening to make sure I was happy and again a few days later to make sure I had not found any problems. Couldn’t ask for anything more. I would shop here again if I’m ever in need

Outstanding experience custom ordering my garden shed. April was very knowledgeable on the options available. Well built building using excellent materials. April was very helpful in helping me define what I really wanted this shed to do. It could be an office or a storage space (or both). She took the time to price out various options and showed me what they looked like in the buildings she had on the lot (taller walls, window and door options/placement, finished walls versus unfinished walls and flooring options. The options available and April's knowledge (without pressure) were fantastic. The shed was delivered quickly and set up professionally. I'd buy from Trupoint of Lake Norman again in a heartbeat.
