Working with Ultimate was an excellent experience. We did our research for a few weeks and met with several companies but we knew we chose the right team when we first got introduced to Tony. Tony from the beginning was courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. He gave us ideas and suggestions on our project and we were very grateful for it. We needed to update our home and add an additional bedroom and from the beginning of the project all the way to the end Tony overly communicate each step and always checked up to see if we had any questions. The project was completed in less time than anticipated and we were very happy with the end result. Even two weeks after completion Tony checks up to see how everything’s going. We had Ultimate replace a bedroom window with a sliding glass door and add a long landing area to step down to the patio. From the estimate to the finalizing the cement work, Tony and team were fantastic. The communication by everyone on the team was frequent and thorough. We highly recommend Ultimate!

Ultimate Home Remodeling upgraded my enclosed patio to include some improvements and they fixed the errors/bad work done by the original patio improvements. They completed the work on schedule and within the estimate. They also improved the drainage so water wouldn't be a problem. Clean up left the area immaculate. The workers were very skilled. I highly recommend them for any remodeling/construction work that needs to be done!

We had Ultimate come out to replace our French doors to our master bedroom, and make them more secure back on March 17th. I went through everything I needed with Tony, explained what our issues were, and he said he could fix it and give us what we need. It is July 8th, and our issues are not fixed. They did replace the doors, but we are left with a latch that has broken the door frame, a 2 inch gap under the doors that you can reach your hand through to pull up the latch, a broken door saddle so that the door will not shut properly, a shoddy paint job, paint on my rug and in my bathroom, and a missing part to the original door that they never reinstalled. We gave them opportunities to come fix the issues, but they scheduled work, came out and only looked but didn't do the work, scheduled the actual work for later, then cancelled it last minute. They then scheduled the work again, and when asked if they were going to actually do anything or just come look again, they said they were just going to come look. At that point we were done. We got the owner involved to try to fix it, but the appointment day came for him to come out to look, and he called in sick. After 4 months of not having functional doors, we have asked for either them to schedule the actual work off of pictures (and the knowledge Tony already has of the problems) or a refund. We have received no response. FYI, Madelyn Hughes and Abby Anderson, who gave 5 star reviews, work for the company. *Edit after Response: the company was told that we needed it to be secure for from forced entry from the beginning, which they admit in their response. They said they could do that. That's why they got us solid doors and latches. They also agreed from the beginning to install a tread to close the gap at the bottom from the beginning, again for security. It was not a surprise, and I made sure to ask them if they could give us what we needed from the get-go. They agreed, then did not follow through. Forced entry is forced entry, no matter who is causing it, and finding out the specifics of the forced entry don't change the need for security. I resent them putting our business with our child on the internet. It's shameful. Now they are trying to use that to say that we are using the door "improperly" when they knew what the use was at the start. They misrepresented what they were able to offer in terms of security, and are now crying foul when I'm calling them out on it. Even though the owner himself stated on the phone that "a grown man shouldn't have been able to cause that, there must have been something wrong." Obviously we didn't double book them, they double booked themselves and didn't inform us until last minute. My husband and I said different things because Tony told each of us different things. I rescheduled with Tony after his last minute double booking cancellation. He told me they were going to come and spend all day to finish the work. My husband cancelled it because when he spoke to Tony, Tony admitted he was just coming to look again instead of complete the work, so my husband cancelled. They had already seen the issues and knew about them, so scheduling another "look-see" was pointless, so that's when we got the owner involved. We have reached out, and they refuse to fix items that Tony told me they would fix unless they charge more money. They also refuse to give any refund, and they refuse to have the owner call us directly. They also refuse to take down the reference to my child in their response.

Ultimate Remodeling produces FIVE-star results, period! Our 26-year-old home was dated and in need of a serious facelift. We contacted the team at Ultimate Service and set up a meeting with Joe Hughes (owner) and his project manager Tony Tadaro. We discussed what our vision was and together we came up with a plan to make that vision a reality. We had no idea how long it would take to complete such an enormous task but were prepared to be living in a dysfunctional mess for many months. To our surprise Joe, Tony and his entire team completed the entire remodel in less than 8 weeks! Tony would contact us each morning and brief us on what the plan was for that day.
