Ultimate Plumbing

I had a fantastic experience with Ultimate Plumbing. The team was friendly and amazing from start to finish. Blake took the time to walk me through everything and answered all of my questions—even the ones I thought were silly—without hesitation. They were very professional, responsive, and clearly knowledgeable about their work. They repaired a damaged water line coming from our hot water tank and then installed a tankless hot water system. Everything was handled efficiently and with great care. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services!

Blake Pelchat was the plumber that replaced my water heater and was excellent. He rearranged his day to make sure it was replaced today since I travel for work. Blake is very knowledgeable and made sure I knew how to maintain my new water heater. He was professional and worked quickly. 100 percent recommend Blake and Ultimate Plumbing.

We woke up to not having water in our toilets and our kitchen sink having water sitting still. We reached out to Ultimate yesterday, a Saturday of course because things never seem to happen on a week day after being given their information last year and we explained to them the issue. They responded quickly and got right to it. They explained what steps would need to be taken, what they would need from us and quickly sent over the invoice for the deposit. They said they’d see us on Monday morning to get started on the job. To our surprise, we woke up to the utility guy already making marks to show electrical/gas and so on. An hour later, 9am to our surprise yet again, Ryan showed up and got right to work. We could not believe that he decided to showed up a day early and on a Sunday and knocked it all out. He would take breaks throughout the work to show us, explain to us exactly what he was doing, what challenges he was facing and potentially what would need to be done next. To say we are thankful and grateful would be an understatement!! Thanks to Ryan and Ultimate, we didn’t have to go the whole weekend without water/sewer. In less than 24 hours he got us back up and running. This company was swift with communication and that shows with how they completed the work. Ultimate is now the company we will call first if we ever have any kind of plumbing issues.

I came from NZ to the USA to visit family, and needed a plumber to fix a couple issues. Brandon showed up; got the job done quick, professionally and to a high standard. I recommend him and this company for any work required
