Ultra Blue Hydrology

2 stars only because the filter is good. While the people who work here are nice and friendly and the water system is great they failed to mention and rectify an issue after several times contacting them (I think Mark?). The run off for my water filter was placed right directly from my garage to outside my home and would drain in the yard. The filter was placed in November of last year so the new grass was already dormant. No problems….. until came spring time. They failed to mention that this run off would KILL almost half my yard and turn it into a beach. When I realized it was the water softener water doing this it was way too late to save anything. I had called several times to have them come out there and reroute the pipe somehow. They said they would absolutely do it and everytime I reached back out about when they were coming it was the same excuse “you live 4 hours away so I’m trying to make a day where I can come and do it for you” after several weeks of asking I just gave up and had to find my own plumber to get it rerouted as he just stopped responding. I mean why expand your business so far if you are not willing to help those people? This wasn’t even the main issue at this point. The real problem is now I have a giant eye sore of a yard and it’s all sand and dead. Just finally got to replacing all the sod and it costs me $1200!!!!! Why do I have to suffer? I wouldn’t even be so mad if he had come out and actually fixed where it drained but I was blown off. I can only be patient for so long. This even led into my neighbors yard and I had to replace some of his sod. Luckily he’s very nice and understanding. !!!!

The water is great. George and Mark did a great job. Very nice company with sincere staffs. We’ve dealt with other sales agents from other companies, and I can tell you this is a great company to go with. We even got 2pcs of soaps to last us 10years.

While crew has been great from the very beginning l. Timely. I'm a day and age where customer service is dying or dead at most businesses. Ultra Blue has stood out tremendously. Every issue or concern has been addressed in a VERY timely fashion. Rare in today's "press 8,227 on your keypad day and are. 12/10 recommend...

It’s only been a few days, but we are loving this water filtration system. Water tastes great, coffee tastes better and our shower door looks so clean. Both Mike and Mark gave wonderful presentations. Very informative and we feel confident going forward that the customer support will be excellent. We believe this was a good investment!
