Uniquities

Love that this shop is not too overwhelming. The service I received was attentive without being to overbearing. Marissa found me multiple options for the jeans I had in mind. Top of my list for “unique” pieces. 10 out of 10

Went to Uniquities for the first time last week and Lauren helped outfit me for a Christmas party I was last-minute shopping for. She was so helpful and I felt so good in my outfit for the party! Will definitely be back to Uniquities to shop with Lauren again!!

Unfortunately, the sales technique “I love your jacket, where did you get it?” Didn’t work for me. And then another salesperson asked me the same questions within 5 minutes. It’s a terrible approach- so fake, inauthentic. It tells me alot about your brand. Btw, the store next to yours uses the same awful sales tactics. Figure out a way to be real with customers. I did enjoy one of the sales people who had a much more warm and low key connection with me. Clothing is cute but sales approach is way too aggressive.

My favorite place to shop- the girls who works here are the BEST!!! they are so welcoming, so nice and so helpful. The only store I will go for all my outfit needs! Thanks gals!💜💜

Uniquities at Birkdale Village is hands down my favorite place to shop. Their clothing is amazing and so is their staff. Becca, the store manager, always comes up with combinations for clothing that I would have not put together which I love. All of the staff is also honest about what they like on me and what they do not like on me which I appreciate. My mother and I truly enjoy shopping at Uniquities in Birkdale and spending time looking at their amazing clothing and visiting with the awesome people that work at the store. My mother even sent a Christmas card to the store. You should go I highly recommend it!
