Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

They had earlier opening hours for the holidays so that was great! Waivers and checking in was easy. Staff were very helpful. Kids enjoyed it, although some of the play areas are very small and restrictive. There’s not too much to explore. Ball pit obstacle course and trampolines were fun. Pizza was gooood! I would highly recommend! A reasonable price too. Bathrooms are all the way in the back, but they have plenty. It was a fun time as always at Urban Air!

Lots of different things to do virtual reality games, zip line, rock climbing, playground, dodgeball, bumper cars, obstacle course, and can't forget the trampolines. Definitely a good place to spend the day with your kiddos. Mine loves it. It's a little pricey but worth the money if your kid does everything here. And it's unlimited no time slot like other trampoline parks. Best to go early and bet the traffic it does get really busy. Lots of kids. If you don't like noise not for u or make sure to bring earplugs

I came to the Cornelius location for my son’s birthday. I had my kids plus 2 friends with us. I had a problem checking in but Addison at the front desk was a great help! I found a quiet table in a corner where I can also see the exit but the strobe lights are nauseating. The movement was giving me a huge migraine and making me feel sick. The woman next to me who was also trying to work was having a difficult time with them as well. I asked the manager if they could turn off that light. She said no because all the lights are on one switch. She recommended I move my table. I tried but there’s moving lights everywhere. I ended up taking a table under the zip line in the back. Unfortunately I don’t have a clear visual of the exit or other closer attractions my kids were enjoying. If it wasn’t for this, it would have been a great experience!

Urban air was clean, offered great activities for the kids, and had a great staff! Amazing offering for the kids to burn off energy whenever the weather doesn’t permit our kiddos being able to go outdoors!

Wow, is all I can say. My son has been coming here 3–4 times over the last few years, and every visit has been fantastic. He’s made friends with the employees, and “Addison” greeted him as soon as we walked in. With so many kids coming and going all the time, it truly warms my heart that she remembers my son and is always so sweet and welcoming. Today, I brought his friend along, and Claudia checked us in. Both Addison and Claudia are absolutely top-notch when it comes to customer service, compassion, and friendliness. People often say the younger generation doesn’t have a work ethic—but that definitely does not apply here. Addison and Claudia are proof their parents raised them right! Huge shout out and appreciation to these two (and honestly, everyone who works here). It takes a special kind of person to handle all the noise and energy of so many kids with such grace and positivity. Thank you again, Addison and Claudia—you’re the best! 👏💫
