All of the care givers I encountered were very kind and as concerned about my puppy baby as I was. Dr. Delvin and the staff, even the management helped our little Semmi. The plan of action on their part has been improving my Semmi's condition greatly and I will continue his treatment and follow up with his primary care just as instructed. I am so grateful for Urgent Vet and recommend them 1st for any emergency you may have with your pet if you want caregivers who truly care! Thank you so much!

Little Sister, my baby, my heart ❤️ had to go to UrgentVet. She was seen on two different occasions. The staff were phenomenal. I was on a budget and couldn’t afford some of the treatment, they were able to work with me and provide the treatment at no cost. Unfortunately her condition declined rapidly and I had to have her put down. It was the hardest thing I have ever had to do and it shattered my heart. I didn’t want to just bring her home and put her in the ground. I wanted to have her cremated so I could keep her with me always. Again I was still on a budget and couldn’t afford the full price. The staff were so very sensitive to my heartbreak ❤️‍🩹 and were able to work with me on pricing ao I could have a private cremation and her ashes returned to me. I cannot begin to express my appreciation for all that your staff have done for me and my baby. I would absolutely take any of my animals to them. Very grateful to you. Very professional and understanding.

I took my sweet Yorkshire Terrier in around 9pm and was instantly taken to a room where I was listened to, understood, and taken seriously. The staff and Dr there went above and beyond to make sure that he was comfortable, felt safe and examined very thoroughly. I initially took my baby to our primary whom didn’t notice anything off at that time but the staff at UrgentVet caught that our baby has double pneumonia and had swallowed some very small rocks. They sent him home with 2 bottles of antibiotics, 30 days worth of probiotics and went as far as to email myself and the primary vet his X-rays. I pray I never need them again, but I will BY FAR return to them if ever in a situation where I need urgent care for my fur baby.

We went in on Sunday for our sweet 3-legged dog that was limping and having trouble getting up and walking. We were promptly checked in and didn’t wait too long for the tech and doctor. The exam was thorough and the Dr. was very nice and informative. I work in the industry and was impressed! I think that says a lot, as sometimes we can be the most critical of the care our babies receive. We were in & out in no time with meds. I would recommend them to anyone whose pet is experiencing minor (non-emergent) issues.

I came in right before a major ice storm and was honestly in a panic. My cat was acting really strange, and with the weather coming, I was so nervous heading into the unknown. From the moment I reached out, the staff was incredible. They were calm, kind, and reassuring, and that alone helped ease so much of my anxiety. Dr. Oliphant is truly an amazing doctor. He took the time to explain everything, made sure our sweet Booboo was okay, and treated him for a minor URI. I was so relieved to find out it was only that. I cannot recommend this office enough. The care, compassion, and communication made such a stressful situation so much easier. I am beyond grateful. Highly recommend.
