Very fast service but not rushed. Dr. Monson explained everything very well for me. I really liked how you can pre-pick glasses and they’ll be waiting for you to try on in the optical shop. Also the woman who helped me in the optical shop was lovely! Very helpful, fun to chat with and there were tons of designer options. My partner who came with me will be switching from his current eye doctor to now visit this practice.

There was no wait time which was amazing, considering in the past going anywhere else I have gone there is always a long wait. All of the employees made me feel welcome as well as the doctor that came in to do my exam. Sierra helped me choose my glasses and was very polite and professional. I will be back here again, and will recommend others!

Everything about my experience during my appointment was highly exceptional. The front desk was friendly and welcoming. The technician was knowledgeable and understanding. The doctor was patient and thorough. And it was an absolute pleasure to work with Rakisha and her coworker who helped pick out my glasses. All of their staff was top notch and were very attentive to details. And while I had very specific requests, they often tried to offer less expensive options. Due to my requirements, I felt my appointment was probably longer than most but at no point did I feel rushed. While I was there, you could tell other customers and patients also had a good experience. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning for future appointments.

I cannot recommend this vision center enough! My glasses broke and they fit me in the same day. I was taken right at my appointment time, got all the exams done and the doctor came in my room a few minutes later. He was great to talk with, knowledgeable and gave me some options to think about without pressuring me. The ladies that helped me pick out my glasses were phenomenal. They were honest and helped me find the perfect fit for my style and face shape. I cannot wait to get my new pair of glasses!

Great visit as a new patient. Super friendly staff made me feel like I was a regular. Dr. Monson was very nice and detailed, and took his time answering all of my questions. Highly recommend!
