Westlake Automotive - a Main Street Auto shop

Westlake did a great job with our suv. Took it in for an oil change and they made several recommendations of maintenance items that needed to be addressed. They gave transparent pricing and was fast to get the work completed, they even followed up a few days later to ensure everything was working properly.

Had regular maintenance and inspection completed in two vehicles. Westlake did a great job on what I asked them to do plus they found a couple of issues on the vehicles that needed attention. All work was well done and in a timely manner.

Was out of town and had an issue with my car. I was stressed and concerned I was going to be stranded. Mike ( the big handsome one) helped me out for a very reasonable price, and made sure I made it back to Raleigh safe and sound. He even called the next day to make sure things were as they should be. Thank you and keep up the good work.

I've been using Westlake since we moved to N.C. 4 years ago. I have found them to be reliable, fair priced and timely on their repairs. This week we just had our State Inspection completed. Next week we have an appointment to have our brakes checked and replaced if necessary.

My Grandsons 2001 Truck engine stalled on him and wouldn’t start back so I called Westlake and they immediately said sure drop it off here and we will check it out. The next day I received a call and email with their findings that the air conditioner compressor had seized and would require replacing as well as some associated parts. When I ask how long it would take the answer was if the parts are available today. To Our surprise He was on the road again that evening all fixed up. Everyone at Westlake was super nice and did a great job plus we felt the pricing was fair for all the work and parts performed. Thank You Westlake an Mike for the prompt action
