Westlake Automotive - a Main Street Auto shop

Had regular maintenance and inspection completed in two vehicles. Westlake did a great job on what I asked them to do plus they found a couple of issues on the vehicles that needed attention. All work was well done and in a timely manner.

Was out of town and had an issue with my car. I was stressed and concerned I was going to be stranded. Mike ( the big handsome one) helped me out for a very reasonable price, and made sure I made it back to Raleigh safe and sound. He even called the next day to make sure things were as they should be. Thank you and keep up the good work.

Great shop to go to. Very friendly, knowledgeable, asked questions, and diagnosed quickly. Brought in my Mustang (modified to a degree) due to lack of personal time, and they not only asked questions about the clutch assembly but resolved the issue on the spot. Seem like great people and will come here again need be.

FIVE stars doesn't cut it; need 6 for Westlake. This has been our shop for all of our cars since we moved here to Denver, NC in 2021. They've serviced and repaired our 3 vehicles, and performed inspections over these years and every experience has been outstanding; straight forward and no non-sense. I've overheard their conversations with customers while waiting. No matter who's on the call from the desk, they are consummate professionals and speak with the customers with the utmost respect. That's all routine and scheduled encounters. Today was a real look at how accommodating Westlake is to their customers outside of appointments, and really shows why the Manager Mike and his team are top shelf! My Son had a near miss with a Deer last night and put his car into the curb, blowing out both tires. He's working all day and going straight to school at night; little to no time to tend to his car left on jacks in Mooresville. Mike had those tires ordered, delivered, and mounted on the wheels this morning within just a few hours and now our day isn't skipping a beat. I highly recommend Westlake for all of your vehicle maintenance needs and inspections. Over the years, I've completed the routine maintenance and repairs on my vehicles; everything short of tearing apart the top block, because like many, I've had some bad experiences over the decades with repair shops. For once, I've gained that time back in my life now having an honest shop I trust and know they'll go the job right. Keep up the strong work Westlake! Westlake did a great job with our suv. Took it in for an oil change and they made several recommendations of maintenance items that needed to be addressed. They gave transparent pricing and was fast to get the work completed, they even followed up a few days later to ensure everything was working properly.
