Whole Foods Market

Went in to pick up the pre-cooked prime rib my daughter bought and paid for a month ago for Thanksgiving but unfortunately it had been given to somebody else and all that remained was a frozen one. When i requested a manager, “Petra” showed up and she was fantastic. Completely empathetic and apologetic to our situation, i walked out with a full refund of the prime rib and a pre-cooked turkey, two pies, vase of pretty flowers for my stressed out daughter all on the house. Shout-out to “Petra”, easily the most fantastic person in management i’ve ever come across. Thanks Whole Foods.

Their team does a really phenomenal job with the online order and delivery. Items arrive well packed, ice cream cold and good produce pieces. Here or there if there is an issue easy to resolve online. In store shopping has always been nice. Everything clear, clean and nicely stocked. Easy to find. Staff helpful if needing help. Team is always more than kind to help me find the QR code when I forget where it is on my phone. Would absolutely recommend for in store or online orders.

Nice selection. I went for olive bar but it wasnt ready when I was there. I guess I was too early. They also do Amazon returns. Easy parking

Very disappointing experience at this Whole Foods location. As brown customers, we were treated rudely and dismissively during checkout—no greeting even when we greeted first, and the cashier didn’t bother placing items in the cart after billing. The behavior felt biased and unwelcoming. On top of that, the chicken cutting service is always unavailable, which has been a recurring inconvenience. Whole Foods claims to value inclusivity and customer service, but this store clearly needs better staff training and accountability.

My review is specific to their online shopping/delivery. My mom is elderly and uses this service weekly. I’ve noticed her deliveries include prepared meals with expired dates or expiring the day of delivery. She ordered flowers with her last delivery order and they were so withered, they were dead the next day. Who handles the online shopping orders? I get the store wants to sell as much of these products as possible, but do you think the online shoppers are just an easy target to send expired garbage to?
