I worked with Wolfe to have my basement foundation repaired and waterproofed. The crew was very communicative and helpful through the entire process. The work was completed relatively quickly for the scope of work and the team did a great job cleaning up the worksite once the job was finished. Wolfe was one of multiple companies we contacted to address rain water coming into one of our finished basement rooms. After hurricane Hellene it was apparent we needed HELP! Although we had gotten multiple estimates Wolfe offered something we did not get from the other companies. That something in my opinion includes caring about the customer's satisfaction, quality of their employees, and quality of their work! Our first Wolfe home contact was with Jason. Jason was on time, respectful and fully explained Wolfe's process. After we received the estimate from Jason we had questions. Our home is older and this project was major. We had no knowledge of what we were told we needed or anyone neutral who could help us understand. So we turned to Jason. Jason answered all of our many questions upfront, direct, and honest. Jason did not talk down to us nor make us feel like our concerns were not valid. Wolfe got the job because Jason was able to give us the comfort we needed to trust Wolfe! The team that did the job was some of the best people that has ever worked on our home. The job took longer than expected and as with any project unanticipated problems happens. There were a few tense moments in discussions about the unanticipated problems but, Wolfe showed they were committed to doing the right thing for their customers. So committed Caleb, the owner of Wolfe came to our home to assist us in understanding a portion of the work. With any home repair/remodel there are ups and downs. Wolfe is one of the few companies we have worked with that has stood behind their word and work!! There has been a lot of work involved over the years in restoring our old home. We wished we knew about Wolfe prior to this job. The team we interacted with at Wolfe, in my opinion are some of the best people in the business. We pray we do not have a major problem like this in the future, but, if we do Wolfe will be the first we call! Blessings

The Wolfe Construction team completed two major home repair projects that also involved other vendors they partner with or recommended for outsourced sub-contractor expertise. These projects involved installing crawlspace and exterior pier support and structure stabilization, interior doorframe header reinforcement, interior wall repair and resurfacing, exterior brick tuck pointing, and chimney cap repair. Very professional customer service and cost-effective approaches were demonstrated in scoping the project, scheduling the work, and following up to ensure my satisfaction with their efforts. All questions were addressed on-site or in a timely manner. The work schedule was flexible to my availability and weather delays impacting exterior work were rescheduled in a timely manner. When additional items were identified, quick estimations were provided and the work was incorporated in the existing projects. Payment processing was easy to complete. Overall I would recommend Wolfe Construction Group for home repairs requiring their expertise and intend on engaging them in the future should the need arise.

We recently had Wolfe Construction perform foundation stabilization work on our home. From initial consultation to completion of the work Jackson and the entire team were very professional, courteous, and took the time to explain the work proposed and what we could expect to be achieved. From removal and replacement of existing CMU piers, to installation of new apex alpha supports and joist replacement the work was done quickly and with a high level of care. Multiple subsequent visits have been performed to gradually make the adjustments needed rather than rushing to make the corrections and potentially impacting elements in the house like tilework. We have been very happy with the process and results and would highly recommend Wolfe Construction to friends and family.
