Michael the Service Advisor was extremely courteous and responsive in helping me get outfitted with new truck tires. I received the requested service completed that day without an appointment. He communicated with me throughout the day and was available by a direct phone line, yea you could actually call and talk to him! And lastly they put a beautiful tire gloss on to complete my service!

My tire warning light came on about 30 minutes after I drove through a rough construction zone. I was able to drive to Woody’s since they were run flat tires. The mechanic quickly found the rupture in the tire. The tire was not in stock but Kenny located one and my car was ready the following morning. Everyone was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend them!

Avoid at all costs, especially if you are a college student. My car had problems with shuddering brakes and a broken hood latch switch. I took the car to Woodie's in Davidson who told me it would be ~$40 to diagnose the brakes. They called me and informed me that the brakes would cost roughly $1,000 to fix (citing a "poking out caliper" making the car "dangerous to drive" among other issues), and the hood latch switch alone would cost ~$500 to fix (He said the internal cable was broken and it would be a 3 hour job).
After doing more research, I became skeptical of their quotes and decided to get a second opinion. I took the car to another mechanic who took the tires off, and showed me with my own eyes that the calipers (and slide pins) were perfectly fine, and that the problem was the brake rotors causing the shuddering (I saw that they were rusted). He also told me that the hood latch switch would only cost $25 (vs. Woodie's $500!!) and that the cable was not actually broken (Woodies said it was, and used this to justify their quote). His diagnosis was almost entirely different from what Woodie's told me, and he found different problems that Woodies did not in under 10 minutes. Woodie's invoice also claimed that there was a nail in one of my tires. There was not a nail in one of my tires.
I ended up saving over half of what Woodie's quoted me (and actually fixed the real problems) by going somewhere else. On top of all this, when I went to pay for Woodie's brake diagnosis, they tried to charge me an extra $50 to diagnose a broken hood latch switch which was never made clear to me when I dropped off the car. I pressed them on this and they only ended up charging me $40. In my experience, Woodie's tried to take advantage of the fact that I am a college student by fabricating repairs that I did not need, and consistently quoting unreasonable prices by industry standards. The courtesy shuttle driver is a nice guy, but I would never trust this shop with my car or my money.

I will not be going back. I have used this place for several years out of convenience and I do appreciate the shuttle. However, I have ran into issues with misdiagnosis (needing a new battery when I didn’t, new tires when I just got them) but decided to give them one more try. My heat went out beginning of December so decided to go here. Wrong decision. My heat has since then being going in and out. I paid $780 for it to have a new thermostat and coolant. When I received my car back I put it on 77-80 degrees and it will blow out cold air after 10 min. Same thing happens when I change the settings. Reached out about my concerns and they asked me to bring it back in at no charge unless they find something. When I went to pick it up I discovered it’s now WORSE!!! I don’t even feel heat now until it’s on the high lest level possible which is now 87 degree. When I try to put it below this setting it feels like air conditioning. So now I have the option to use my car with only 87 degrees coming out or suffer with cool air when it’s cold. They also had it on this setting when I returned back to my car. This is Ridiculous!!!!
I’m am so frustrated at the fact that one didn’t fix the issue, two messed up my settings, and three overcharged me by prob $500 and couldn’t fix it but made the situation way worse.
Horrible! Do not go here unless you won’t your car to keep getting worse after being worked on. Now I gotta figure out where to go bc clearly they have no clue what they are doing and make up unrealistic answers.
