If I could I would do 0 stars. I took my Honda Accord to this shop and I was told I need new break pads and new break fluid. It took them 3 trys to get it right. 1st time when I try to leave parking lot my break pedal went all the way down to floor and car still rolled ( no breaks ). 2nd time I got the car back pedal was still super soft, breaks did not work until pedal was half was into the floor. Finally they got it right on 3rd time. After I got my car back I heard my back breaks still made a squeeking noise, they told me breaks in back are good and don't need to be replaced and while mechanic put my wheel back on he snapped one of my boltd that hold the wheel. I had to pay $150 to get that fixed. Needless to say they charged me $150 and my breaks still squeek. I also took my car there to get my AC fixed well needless to say they they charged me $743 for a part that cost no more then $350 at Autozone. That is over 100% mark up and on top of it almost $567 for diagnostic of my AC. That AC job cost me in total $1695 just for the car to drive about a week and a half before breaking down and I had to get a tow. If you really care about your car and your walet please do yourself a favor and take it somewhere else. I'll report this shop to better business bureau and will take them to small claims court after other mechanic fixes my car the right way.

They were great! We had a check engine light come on and only had a day before we had to leave on a long trip. Despite having a busy schedule, they fit us in (thank you, Tina) and got us in the road so that we could go on our long trip safely (thank you, Jarrod!). They had great customer service including a complementary shuttle, so I didn't have to wait at the shop (Thank you, Dane). Highly recommend!

This is in fact a 0 star review driven by carelessness and lack of ownership. On 9/9 I dropped off my Dodge Charger for a thermostat replacement. When I picked up my car that evening I paid and headed home. Once I got home I realized there was an abnormal gap between my hood and front bumper despite the hood being completely closed. The next day I called the service advisor and explained the issue. He stated they’d be happy to fix it and “that he knew it wasn’t something I did since I’m a loyal customer”. Today when I returned the tech spent a few hours slamming my hood repeatedly ultimately causing several dents and not fixing the gap. The service advisor failed to take ownership stating “when you leave you don’t meticulously look over the vehicle” and “this is a common issue with this car”. If you value your time, money, and vehicle do not use this mechanic because as I stated earlier they are careless and completely lack any ownership of their mistakes.

We had a minor accident on I77 on our way home to Florida after our vacation in Virginia. The accident caused some damage to the front end and left the truck undriveable. The tow truck driver recommended Woodie's in Huntersville. He towed the truck to the shop and as soon as we walked into the office, James noticed my husband, who is disabled and normally uses a mobility scooter, struggling to walk as his mobility scooter was still in the back of the truck. He immediately brought him a chair so he could sit down. After talking to James and the manager Karl, they assessed the damage and decided on a plan of action. They knew we had to get home soon because I have to be back to work. The repairs were done by the next morning. They got us to a hotel for the night with their courtesy vehicle and even helped with our luggage and my husband's scooter. They picked us back up the next morning when the repairs were done and got us on our way. We are very happy with the service and the price. James and Karl and the crew went above and beyond to help us in a time of need. We would definitely use this shop again if we're in the area.

I dropped my car off ar 10:30 on 12/20/2025 for an oil change & tire rotation appointment. I work nearby. At 2:30 I went in to check out because I thought my car would be done 4 hours later. It was not. Not touched. They knew I went into work & put me on the back burner. Thats not good business ethics. Even though Im at work nearby, I still want my car as soon as possible. I asked for my keys. I didn't keep my car there one more minute. They lost a sale & a future customer because they tried to take advantage of me at work, delaying my car for last.
