Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming Cornelius

I am so incredibly happy I found Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming for my puppy, Theo Baxter! This was our first professional grooming experience, and it exceeded all my expectations. Exceptional Care and Patience: From the moment we walked in, the staff, especially Ashley, were wonderful. They understood my puppy's nervousness and were so patient and gentle, making him feel comfortable the entire time. There was no sign of stress or anxiety when I picked him up, which speaks volumes about the caring environment. Amazing Results: My puppy came out looking like a brand new dog! He was fluffy, soft, smelled amazing, and the cut was perfect – exactly what I had asked for. It's clear that the groomers are detail-oriented and take pride in their work. Professionalism and Communication: The team was professional, the facility was clean, and communication was excellent. They took the time to discuss my specific requests and expectations beforehand and provided helpful things we can do at home to make his next visit even more pleasurable when we picked him up, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Woof Gang Bakery & Grooming to any pet owner, especially those with puppies or nervous dogs. We will definitely be back for all of our future grooming needs!

Having just moved here to Cornelius, I was so nervous finding a skilled and patient groomer for my spicy Pomeranian. We’ve been “fired” from groomers before so it’s always nerve wracking finding someone who can handle her big personality. I called WoofGang and the staff was so helpful pairing Honey up with someone who was experienced with Poms and knew their unique coat needs. Michaela has been grooming Honey for 10 months now and I’m so thankful to have found her. Honey is quite sassy and it doesn’t faze Michaela at all. She’s graceful and patient with her. She is also a Pommy mommy herself so I trust her completely and know Honey is in excellent care. Not only did we find our perfect match with our groomer but the store is so darling. I can’t help buying a toy or the beautiful handmade dog treats every visit. Thank you guys for being so wonderful.

Alyssa always does an outstanding job grooming our two doggies! Also, all of the staff are so nice and helpful. I highly recommend this grooming salon!

As soon as I turn onto Jetton, my dog knows where we’re going and gets so excited! Alyssa is wonderful and does an amazing job with his groom. My only suggestion is with scheduling— it would be nice if we could schedule online, and if there were more groomers so it wasn’t a 2-4 week wait to get in.

Groomer (Ashland) is very good with my dog. Remembers her allergies and settles her down when we enter. My English Setter looks and feels great when I pick her up. Great job every time.
