I am posting for my boss as it’s my job to make certain I reduce the stress she has to carry. Zahren Law mailed a simple notice with a straight forward process which we were able to follow. It was efficient and took only 10 min. Ms Spencer was in and out of the office quickly to return to her schedule of meetings and client care (Google: Hands On Massage Therapy and Corrective Care Wellness Inc MINT HILL nc) The service was very reasonably priced and Ms Spencer received the final notice of dismissal when the case was closed. I’ve never had a ticket in my life and I couldn’t be more grateful to have let him represent me in this matter. His communication was almost immediate and his organization was outstanding.

10/10 would recommend I had a ticket for speeding 92 in a 70 it was my first ticket and I had a reckless driving charge on top of that and he got my ticket dismissed completely. They stayed inconsistent contact with me through email through the entire process and I didn’t even have to appear in court. It was a very easy and stress free process for me thanks to kim Zahren and his team.

Unfortunately, this guy was not honest with us. He cared only about getting a client. He painted our case with a pink color but we ended getting 4 points although he guaranteed that he would see the judge and ends the court to our favor. We ebded paying around $ 500.00 and $ 300 in court fees. In addition we have to rake 12 hours of driving class that we were to take only 8 but a rude lady in his office sent us the wrong link so we paid extra. Once you pay his fee, the tone and the way they speak to you changes. I don't recommend this law office even for minor trafic stops.
