Zen Petcare has it all!! My husband and I love giving our two Aussies a true vacation whenever we go out of town. Marci goes above and beyond to ensure they have the best time. They especially love outdoor play time in the turf zone and neighborhood walks. Marci is caring, dependable, professional, and most of all loving! There’s no one better!

Soon after to moving to NC we had a long weekend trip and needed to find a pet sitter quickly! After researching online, we lined up Zen Petcare & Home and feel like we hit the jackpot on the first try. Marci treated our furry and feathered family members as her own. We could tell at our first meeting that she would be meticulous and dependable. She is an awesome communicator and is also a great photographer! In addition, she took great care of our home. It is wonderful to know we can go away and have peace of mind about the care of our dogs, cats, and bird (and home)! We highly recommend Zen Petcare.

I highly recommend Zen Petcare. I was looking for someone to care for my senior cats when I go out of town. I feel so lucky to have found Marci! She is great with my cats and has even gotten my skittish boy cat to come out while she’s there…which never happens. I love the videos and pictures she sends of the visits, great communication. it is a great comfort to me to know that Marci is taking care of my babies when I’m not there!

Zen Petcare is amazing! We have three dogs and had a dog sitter prior that fed and spent the night with our dogs but didn't walk our dogs. So I thought I would give Zen a try. I have to admit that I was really nervous about this change. However, let me tell you that I loved everything about our experience. Marci is very professional and thorough. She gets to know your dogs prior to leaving with an in-home visit. On that first visit she listened asked questions and took notes of our needs for the dogs. (love that we had to provide paperwork too about our vet ect...) This visit made me feel so much better as I could see her interact with the dogs. While we were away Marci sent texts daily of our dogs walking with commentary. Loved this so much. We have one funky dog and she was amazing with her. I never thought she would ever let someone else walk her but Marci did it EVERY DAY while we were gone. Not only is Marci a dog walker she is also seems to know animal behavior. So she understands how to handle our one dog that is scared. I also liked that Marci gave a quote before we left so that we knew exactly how much we owed. Marci's communication is outstanding before, during and after her visits. To me that was very comforting as I was nervous about this new experience for our dogs. The last thing I loved about Zen is that I could choose what I wanted Marci to do. You can choose from her website a menu of exactly what you want or need for your dogs with the prices so there is no grey area. For example, I could have her spend the night a few nights while I was away and also walk the dogs. Change is always hard as we all know but this was an outstanding change and we will definitely use Zen Petcare again! Kudos Marci!

Marci has cared for my older Golden boy (Gunner) several times by making home visits. She's very thorough with his every need and any special request we might have for him. We have left our puppy Golden boy (Oakley) in her in home care for four consecutive nights. She met with us beforehand and spent time making notes regarding everything about his care. She was awesome with helping with training and socializing him with her own 2 yr. old boy (Kodi). Marci kept me updated with text and so many heartwarming pics and videos with both of my boys. I truly feel like Marci loves them as her own, and I never worried for a second about their care. We have actually already scheduled some daycare stays for the puppy because he had such a great time playing with her 2 yr. old boy! Marci is the BEST and I highly recommend her!
