Very “local” I think it’s a great alternative for going to the zoo, it’s cheaper and they have variety of animals. For the drive feeding I would recommend either getting double or spread out your feeding for them because it’s a a normal size cup with BIG pellets. It 2 kid rides that last a good amount for there price, would definitely recommend.

Getting to the place was surprising. Its in a rural neighborhood type setting. The walk through section was kept up a clean. Its has smelly areas but thats to be expected. The drive through part was much long than I thought. Lots of different animals that will come right up to you. It looks like they're expanding or maybe still cleaning up fallen trees from the hurricane, not sure which. They have a gift shop, drinks, snacks and ice cream. $15 for an adult, you can easily spend a couple hours here.
Don't forgot to hug the giraffe..

What a great family event. We were asked to go for a birthday celebration and did during the Holiday season. We decided to go in the evening and enjoy the lights. Seeing the animals was a bonus. The entrance in was the best as we could have the animals come up to the car and get close and personal. With it being dark, it was hard to experience all of the animals, as the tigers and hyenas are kept in the dark. The light show went on forever and was so cool! I would highly recommend!
