Cornelius Festival of Cultures
What to expect.
Take a trip around the world without leaving Lake Norman! š
The Cornelius Festival of Cultures returns Saturday, September 12, bringing an afternoon of food, art, music and traditions from around the world to Cain Park in downtown Cornelius.
Editorās Take: This is the kind of local festival we loveācome hungry and let curiosity choose your itinerary. š Try something you havenāt eaten before, stop for a performance you werenāt expecting and give the kids a chance to experience a little bit of the world without leaving Cornelius. Even better? Itās free.
Created to celebrate the many cultures that make up Cornelius and the surrounding Lake Norman community, the free festival invites you to explore cultural booths, discover handmade arts and crafts, enjoy live performances andāperhaps most importantlyācome hungry for food inspired by different cultures.
Kids can get in on the fun, too, with hands-on crafts and activities designed to make this an easy outing for the whole family.
