Much nicer ALDI than others. I liked. Never been to Mooresville ALDI store #45 in a long time. Now they have self checkout and did their floors. the first ALDI store to be remodeled in our district

Friendly staff brought out my large curbside order and put it in the back. Only a few items were unavailable. The pork loin chops were so tender and fresh string beans super crisp!

Honestly the worst customer service of any Aldi I’ve ever been to. Not friendly, cashier doesn’t even greet you and the woman stocking practically snarled at people. Definitely won’t be returning.

Edit to previous 5 Star review: Shopping in-store is great. Shopping on the app for pickup is a NIGHTMARE!!!! Not only is the app horribly disorganized and inconvenient, they don't keep to the proper pick up time selected. And upon arrival, neither the app or the email link allows you to check in AND you can't call the store. If I wanted to go in the store for my order, I would have shopped it myself in the first place.l! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE customer service with this. I don't recommend ever using Aldi's pickup service. Ever. Previous review: I can't believe more people don't shop here! Aldi's is significantly cheaper than even Walmart, but always clean, efficient, quick and easy to get in and out. I do the majority of my grocery shopping here. I keep a cooler(especially in the summer) with several canvas shopping bags and a couple quarters in my car for convenience. I've been more than satisfied with their brands and food quality, including the produce.

Great customer care. Much, much better than the one I was introduced to in Pennsylvania years ago. Improvements include many well-known selections and/or comparable Aldi brands. Well-kept and pleasant environment. And, of course, the price is always right! 😉😜
