ALDI

This was the most humiliating shopping experiences I’ve ever had. I visited Aldi at this location on Sunday, March 29th around 4 PM. Once I got to the register, the cashier immediately began throwing my items into the cart with excessive force. My strawberries were tossed so hard that the container popped open. I politely asked for a moment to fix them and pack my bag, but instead of slowing down, she continued rushing and aggressively tossing items while repeatedly demanding payment. I was quickly bagging my groceries (I had fewer than 8 items), but she started scanning the next customer’s order and literally threw their items on top of mine, while the next customer was pushed right up against me with no space to even finish. It was overwhelming, and incredibly disrespectful. To make matters worse, I wasn’t even given my receipt. t was careless, aggressive, and completely dismissive of basic human respect. My food that I paid for was tossed and a container destroyed despite being a paying customer. I’ve never experienced anything like this at any grocery store. Aldi, you need to do better with training and customer service at this location. Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location or Aldi. I have contacted corporate about this disrespect.

The checkout girl dumped my items out of my first of two bags on the belt (I emptied the second) and then just threw them back in however was fastest and was smashing fragile items. I couldn't get the cart she had put the items in as she wouldn't let me. then tried to argue with me when I complained my food was being smashed and I usually do self check out Aldis. There was no line behind me, no reason to rush me and talk back to me. I was not being rude just frustrated. Also the entry was extremely dirty. I expected more in such a nice area. Won't be back.

I am writing this review to caution all customers who shop at this Aldi location. This is a recurring and highly frustrating problem: almost every time I visit, I find that I have been incorrectly charged for items, usually because the cashier scans a single product multiple times. For example, during my visit today, I purchased one carton of eggs, but it was scanned and charged to my receipt several times. This is a consistent and unacceptable lack of accuracy at the register. I strongly advise everyone to check your receipt before leaving the store to ensure you are not being overcharged. This needs immediate attention from store management.

I am a frequent shopper at this Aldi, and I will even go out of my way to shop for groceries here over other grocers in the area. You simply cannot beat the price and the simplicity of what they have to offer. Produce is always solid, they have everything you would need for home cooked meals and food throughout the week. It’s organized, highly efficient, clean, staff is quick and professional, getting you in and out fast and satisfied

This is becoming my go to Aldi. We live in Huntersville but prefer driving here. The store itself is much larger, it’s clean, and the staff is friendly. And most importantly the shelves are stocked with the things we need.
