Whit's Frozen Custard

We went to Whit’s Frozen Custard after walking under the sun for a while. The caramel ice cream was delicious, and the service was good. However, the restroom was dirty and the trash cans were full. The place could definitely be a bit cleaner.

I took my grandkids for ice cream the other day. It wasn't our first time here. The server who was working this day was Abby. After taking our order she decided to take another order before preparing ours. Once she started preparing ours I let her know that she made one order incorrectly. She appeared to get upset and started showing signs that she was upset with the correction. After preparing the first four of the five treats I paid for I canceled my last treat before she started preparing it. Abby became very agitated and aggressive in her speech towards me. She stated that she didn't know how to do a refund. I suggested maybe she should call her manager. She then walked directly to the register without hesitation and processed my refund. (Miraculously she instantly knew how to process a refund ) The customer waiting behind me noticed Abby's rude and off putting behavior and just kept shaking her head as she waited with her grandchild for her order. After she prepared the ladies order she came over and handed me a post it note with her manager's name and number on it. I called Annesly and left a message. I'm still waiting on a call back. I called the store today and politely asked to speak with Annesly since I received no response from the message I left on the number I was given. Abby answered and said she'd let her boss know. Needless to say that the service i received was unacceptable. I was very disappointed because as I said, it wasn't my first time here. However, I doubt I'll be coming back. Ice cream should always be a happy treat to be shared with loved ones. This day it wasn't a happy, fun treat at all. Both Abby and Annesly could use some training in customer service 🤔

Need delicious ice cream? This is your spot! Great menu choices, clean inside, professional employees and lots of ice delicious ice cream. Great variety with items you can take home to the freezer. This is a must go spot for your sweet tooth. Highly recommend.

I've had a lot of ice cream, gelato, etc...This was probably the BEST texture I've ever had! Super smooth and creamy! This was my first time and I didn't ask any questions so I wasn't 100% sure what to get. I ended up with a basic 2 scoops (chocolate & vanilla) with brownies and irish cream syrup. It was kind of messy at first with everything piled on top but it was good! Just had to mix it a little. Price is reasonable. Plenty of options, fully customizable. Take home pints and other ready made treats are available. Definitely a must try! Note: I eat a lot of Andy's and Coldstone so I forgot all places don't automatically blend/mix everything together. I later figured out I should have ordered a whitser. I went to my local location and the next day and ordered a whitser. Even better!

Brought my children here for ice cream and as soon as we entered into the shop, everyone just stared, no greeting.Very rude didn't ask how may I help you or can I take your order? Because the vibe felt so negative. We left , I took my kids somewhere else. I would never trust people that come off rude to make my food.
