Whit's Frozen Custard

Very disappointing! My husband & I stopped in on a Friday evening. Asked the two girls working for suggestions. Although they were somewhat helpful, what we were served was a disgrace. We got two different types to take home. The one container that was handed to us first had a lid on it so we couldn’t see. The second one was a complete mess. The custard was slopped & melted all over the side, a sticky mess!. The second container was literally soup when we got home which is not far. No care or consideration despite giving a $5 tip. The “custard” itself didn’t taste anything like custard. I don’t remember the name of the ice cream, but my husbands was loaded with large pecans on the top, but nothing at the bottom or middle of container. The nuts were too big & made it very unpleasant to eat. Would not recommend.

By far the best custard!! So happy this new location is open to my house so I don’t have to drive to Davidson. My all time favorite is Hawaiian luau! So yummy, creamy rich and just the right amount of sweet.

Ordered a mini custard with raspberry and chocolate with nuts. It came as a 1/2 filled cup not mixed together and ver fee raspberries...all for $6.00. Not a great experience at all!

I have ordered a Whit’s cake for my birthday for several years now, and this one has by far been my favorite! They helped me make sure it was exactly how I wanted it over the phone and it did not disappoint!! It is black raspberry brownie with chocolate chips and cheesecake bites added! 😍🤤 (Please remember that the cake base flavor has to be something they have or will be making before you pick up.. for instance mine was going to be black raspberry chip, but they had used the black raspberry brownie as a flavor of the day the day before I called, so that made sense.. and of course she explained and checked with me before assuming. Customer service is top notch!) Thank You so much Mooresville Whit’s!!

First time in a Whit's. What a pleasant experience. Their selection of flavorable custards is wide and very innovative mixed creations. Products are fresh. There is a cooler of prepared products for quick purchases. Facility is very clean and well maintained. Really appreciated their veterans discount. Make sure you support this business.
